This User Agreement governs use of the Horgos Auto — Cars from China mobile application.

By using the application, the user agrees to the terms of this agreement.

1. General provisions

The application provides information about vehicles and related services.

2. Registration and account

The user agrees to provide accurate information during registration and is responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.

3. Use of the service

The following are prohibited:

• using the application for unlawful purposes;

• attempting to disrupt the service;

• distributing malicious code.

4. Limitation of liability

The administration is not responsible for:

• temporary service interruptions;

• the actions of third parties;

• decisions made by users based on information in the application.

5. Changes to the terms

The administration may change the terms of this agreement without prior notice.
